Yes, it’s true — SharePoint creators have finally answered the call to make their popular platform more customizable.
SharePoint users have long struggled with the editing limitations. But now this is a thing of the past, after it was announced that a recent upgrade will provide a higher level of customization options for users.
More details about the changes below:
Comments, likes, and views
SharePoint now offers Admins the ability to collect data based on how individuals are using and interacting with a given page, providing helpful feedback which information is or isn’t working on your posts.
Likewise, there’s a section for visitors to show what aspects of your page they like along with a comments section for more detailed feedback.
Copy pages
Previously, if you wanted pages that were similar in SharePoint, you’d have to take the time to create similar pages. However, now you can simply copy an existing page, update it, and publish it. This ability can drastically boost productivity.
In-place image editing
Incorporating images into SharePoint pages is now just as easy as doing it in Microsoft Word. Just like with other Office applications, users also have the power to make edits to images without using an additional program.
WYSIWYG editing
With this update, the text you see on the SharePoint editor screen is close to what your viewers will see on the web. Additionally, the update also gives creators more control than ever before when it comes to the way text will appear on screen — including using font styles, colors, highlights, and much more.
